We stand behind our craftsmanship. All JL Design Jewelry pieces are covered by a 1-Year Warranty from the delivery date.
What is Covered?
Non-human manufacturing defects, including:
- Items arriving damaged or scratched.
- Broken chains/clasps from normal wear.
- Unexplained loss of stones.
- Severe, abnormal discoloration (not caused by improper care).
What is NOT Covered?
- Normal Wear: Fading of plating and natural oxidation of 925 silver.
- Improper Care: Damage from water, chemicals, or dropping.
- Customized Items: Engraved or custom items (unless structurally defective).
- Free Gifts & Clearance Items.
How to Claim Your Warranty
- Submit: Fill out our [Warranty Claim Form] with your order number and clear photos of the defect.
- Review: We will review your claim within 2-3 business days.
- Resolution (If approved):US, UK, Canada: You pay return shipping to our local warehouse; we cover the replacement shipping.Other Regions: No need to return the item. We will ship a free replacement directly to you.
