1.Order Processing
Except as otherwise stated, in-stock items are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and Chinese public holidays). Customized items require up to 14 business days for production before dispatch.

We ship from China. We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $99.00.

4.Taxes and Customs (DDU)
We prepay base customs duties for most destinations. However, Import VAT, GST, and carrier brokerage fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Please note that if you refuse to pay these taxes and the parcel is returned or abandoned, any incurred costs will be deducted from your refund.

5.Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link. Tracking information may take time to update.

6.Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Contact us immediately at service@jldesignjewelry.com if you need to correct it. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or refusal, the buyer is responsible for the actual cost of reshipping.

7.Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages
If your order is lost, damaged, or delayed, contact us at service@jldesignjewelry.com. We will help you work with the carrier. If a package arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately.

8.Order Changes & Cancellations
Need to change or cancel your order? Contact us within 15 minutes of placing the order. Once the order enters processing, we are unable to modify or cancel it.

9.Returns (Summary)
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. U.S., UK, and Canada customers must contact us for an RMA number and return items to our local warehouse.
