- Customized Jewelry: Personalized items (engravings, custom stones) are final sale and non-returnable, except in the case of defects.
- Return Methods: US, UK, and Canada customers can return items to our local warehouses. Customers in other regions do not need to return the item; please contact us for a partial refund.
- Taxes: Import VAT/GST paid to your local customs is non-refundable.
