We make every effort to display product colors, sizes, and materials accurately. However, slight color differences may exist due to screen display variations.
All jewelry materials are described honestly on the product pages. We use 925 sterling silver, 18K gold plating, rhodium plating, lab-grown diamonds, simulated gemstones (e.g., zircon), and natural gemstones (e.g., freshwater pearls, turquoise, lapis lazuli, tourmaline, black onyx) as explicitly listed in the product descriptions. Natural gemstones may contain natural inclusions and slight variations in color and texture, which are not considered defects.

Allergy & Wear Disclaimer
Our jewelry is designed to be generally hypoallergenic. However, because individual skin sensitivities vary, we cannot guarantee that all products are 100% nickel-free. Customers with known metal allergies are responsible for reviewing the material information provided on the product page before purchase. Natural oxidation or tarnishing of sterling silver and plated items is normal wear and tear and is not considered a manufacturing defect.

Limitation of Liability
JL Design Jewelry shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of purchased jewelry, including but not limited to skin irritation or allergic reactions. Our total liability for any claim related to an order shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for that specific order.

Tax and Customs Disclaimer
While JL Design Jewelry prepays base customs duties for most destinations, the buyer is solely responsible for paying any applicable Import VAT, GST, and carrier brokerage/advancement fees required by their local authorities. JL Design Jewelry is not liable for any carrier delays, abandoned parcels, or return shipping costs caused by the buyer's refusal to pay such taxes. Customs clearance processes are beyond our control, and we are not responsible for delays caused by local customs authorities.

Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of China, without regard to conflict of law rules.
